Good Day, My name is Joshua Yasserie. I come from Wiradjuri Country and my totems are the Goanna and Dingo.
I'm Currently Studying my First Year Bachelor of Design in Animation at UTS (University of Technology Sydney). I have a Passion to bring Indigenous Culture to the 3D world in Film and in the Future Games as well.
I started my relationship with Art at a young age, Drawing from Comics and Cartoons I Loved and Creating Aboriginal Designs. I was always Inspired by People around me who also had a Talent for Art. The most influence had come from my Mother Teresa Yasserie who is also an Aboriginal Artist that has achieved a Bachelor of Art in Visual Arts at The Southern Cross University in Lismore. Her Art told Stories of her Life. One being a part of the Stolen Generation. Which had impacted my life as a Child and throughout Adulthood.
I started to do Paintings through my 20's. Contemporary Aboriginal Art. After I enrolled at Central Queensland TAFE Mackay to do a Cert 4 in Aboriginal and TSI Visual Arts. Print Making, Drawing, Pottery and Painting.
My first film work was in 2011 I was in an Exhibition with 9 other Indigenous Artist in Sydney at UTS . "Change Has Come" In 2014 I moved to Dubbo. Learning Wiradjuri Language at the Yarradamarra Centre. I also enrolled in a Digital Interactive Entertainment course where I found a passion in 3D Modelling. To grow as an Indigenous Artist and extend Indigenous Culture to the Mainstream 3D world. I hope to oneday have my own Production that specialises in Cultural Animation.

Gabriel Robinson - Producer
I studied at AFTRS in Foundation Film and AIE in VFX and 3D Animation. I have had a passion
for storytelling since I was a child playing with Lego.
‘Harmless’ was our first student group project at AIE. It was challenging technically, but also
satisfying to tell a compelling story in a very short space of time. We felt the film’s message of
resilience and finding solace through ‘dreams’ was an empowering one. In the end, that boy’s
dream became a reality.
I am currently Freelancing as a Pre-Visualisation Artist and Content Producer.

I come from a visual arts background, graduating from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Arts & Graphic Design).
More recently I have moved up to the digital world, graduating from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment Sydney with an Advanced Diploma in Screen & Media (3D Animation & VFX).
For the 'Harmless' project I modelled and surfaced many of the 3D assets you see around the bedroom.
Over the past year I have focussed my time on learning new software and creating 3D simulations involving fluid, particle and pyro mechanics.

I always had a yearning and appreciation of the arts whether that was in film, games or traditional art. I believe film and games give such an interactive experience with the audience and I would love to share this experience with others. I have an undying passion to this industry and would like to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can. I aim to deliver these experiences through the art I produce and want to have as much fun as the audience I deliver this experience to. In 'Harmless' I was a jack-of-all trades, ranging from conceptual art, storyboarding, to modelling texturing and animation.
